Personalized Care

Our smaller size allows us to stay on or ahead of schedule and provides each patient with individualized care and attention. Everyone seen in our office is consistently given ample time to ask any questions that may arise and each visitation includes time for us to provide thorough answers. We pride ourselves on never rushing patients through any appointments and ensuring that all patients know what is happening throughout each visit. 

Honesty, Affordability, and  Insurance Friendly

We strive to keep our services reasonably and affordably priced. Our office is insurance friendly as we are in network with the major dental carriers. Prior to your initial visit, we will get a detailed breakdown of your insurance benefits. We also provide you with the cost of any and all co-payments along with the completion of any necessary pre-authorizations before the start of any treatment. If you have an insurance plan that we do not officially participate with, we will still accept the fee schedule payments from your carrier as if we were in network. Therefore, you will not be asked to pay the entire fee for our services ahead of time and you will not be balance billed either. Any out-of-network co-payments will be calculated according to the fee schedule of that particular insurance carrier. 

For those patients who do no have any dental insurance, we offer our own discount Savings Plan. We also offer an easy and convenient way to finance your payments through Care Credit. Dr. Hoffman also offers free consultations and second opinion appointments. For details, please contact our office today. 

Patient Comfort

One of Dr. Hoffman’s most important goals is to alleviate dental anxiety by providing each patient with a “play-by-play” description of what he is doing so that each patient is constantly informed and educated. During their visits, many of our patients have commented that they prefer these detailed explanations because they help keep them calm and comfortable in the chair and answer many of their questions. We also believe that a little humor goes a long way in keeping our patients relaxed in combination with each patient receiving the very best possible dentistry in the most personal, caring, and attentive manner possible. 

Maximizing  Your Time

Since we are always cognizant and respectful of your time, our office has a dedicated middle operatory just for Dr. Hoffman to perform his exam after your cleaning is completed. This prevents any delays for the hygienist or our patients as Dr. Hoffman will arrive promptly to complete your exam. Our patients appreciate this efficiency of time and will often arrive early for appointments because they know that we are always on or ahead of schedule. 

Convenient Scheduling

Our office offers convenient scheduling hours.  We have early morning (before work) and evening hours (after work) available. You will never have to wait an inordinate amount of time for the next available cleaning appointment with the hygienist or to see Dr. Hoffman for a dental procedure. He also offers same day appointments for emergencies.  Dr. Hoffman is also very flexible about seeing and treating patients outside of normal hours of operation and weekend emergencies. 

Comprehensive, High Quality Dental Care

Dr. Hoffman is well qualified to perform many aspects of your overall care including preventive care, restorative care such as root canals, crowns, and bridges, cosmetic procedures such as teeth whitening and veneers, and scaling and root planing for the treatment of periodontal disease. If Dr. Hoffman is not able to perform a particular procedure, he will refer you to carefully selected specialists who he has often worked with and who only offer the highest quality of care. 

Limited Mobility/Handicap Friendly

If you have a handicap or mobility limitation, you will be happy to know that our office is at ground level and there are reserved parking spaces right outside of our entrance allowing easy access for those in a wheelchair or with mobility issues. There are no ramps or steps to climb and our front door leads right into our reception area.
